At Discountdisplays we want you to be delighted with our products.- If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

If you are not entirely satisfied with any non customiased product purchased from Discountdisplays-express.co.uk, we will replace or refund the product price in full providing the steps below are followed:

1. The product should be unused, unassembled and in its’ original packaging.
2. The product must be returned to us in good condition within 5 working days of date it was delivered to you.
3. Before returning products, please call us on 0844 800 1020 or via e-mail for a Returns Authorisation Number. This should then be clearly written on the carton/s being returned. Goods will not be refunded after 5 days.
4. We advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have a proof of delivery back to us.
