Delivery

Please ask about delivery times when you place your order. Stock items are normally delivered next working day. Our standard turnaround time for pop ups and banner stands is 5 working days from receipt of finished artwork ready to print, but this may vary from time to time. In the case of goods delivered by third party carriers Target Promotions has no control from point of collection by carrier. Any time or date for delivery given by the Seller is an estimate only and the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of delay. The Seller shall not accept liability for any loss (including loss of profit), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods (even if caused by the Seller's negligence).

Prices / Currency

If your order includes graphics our prices assume that you are supplying "ready to print" artwork as per our artwork guidelines. If your artwork requires additions or alterations this is chargeable. We will not undertake additions or alterations without your agreement. All prices quoted on our sites are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT at the current rate. Orders dispatched outside the EU will not be charged VAT. Prices shown in other currencies are for guidance only. In addition to credit cards cheques are acceptable but no order will be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. All credit / debit card details given over the internet to this site are encrypted.

Returned Goods
Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective for reasons of faulty workmanship or materials. No goods will be accepted for return without prior agreement by email.

Returns Procedure

1) Notify us immediately. 2) Return within 7 days of receipt. 3) All returned goods should be in both their original condition & packaging. Upon return of STOCK items you will receive either replacement goods, a refund or credit minus the original carriage costs.
Replacement goods, a refund or credit will not be given for NON STOCK items (personalised to your own requirements) unless subject to a quality issue. If goods are received damaged in transit either not to accept the parcel or to sign for it as "Damaged, unchecked" . Artwork

If there are errors in the artwork supplied by the Buyer, Target Promotions can accept no responsibility for such errors. Visual proofs may also be supplied where deemed necessary by the Seller. No responsibility can be accepted where proofs are supplied and any errors, whether by the Seller or customer are not corrected by the customer at the time. Any design changes or alterations to typefaces, layout or dimensions due to absence of explicit instructions may be charged extra unless due to an error on the Seller's part. Production will not commence without design approval and if this is not received within three days of submission, dispatch of the order may be affected.

Colour Matching

Whilst every effort will be made to achieve a commercially acceptable match, the technical problems involved in ink manufacture and the effects of different media on the apparent colour, the Seller cannot guarantee a perfect result. The buyer must ask for a colour print proof (charged at £25) or swatch (free) where colour is critical. Where colour proofs are ordered the production time will be extended.

Warranties

Target Promotions warrants that the goods are of satisfactory quality and that they comply with any specific description or specification supplied by the Seller to the Buyer in writing. The Seller gives no warranty that the goods are suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any specific conditions, unless the Buyer has given written details of the purpose or conditions and the Seller has expressly warranted the goods' suitability in writing

Privacy Policy

Target Promotions / Discountdisplays only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not trade sell or rent information. Discount Displays does NOT make use of web cookies. We process information collected for the purposes of providing the best possible service. Law Applicable

These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England
