1. I need it urgently, can you help? We pride ourselves in meeting deadlines, so if you need something quick call us on 0844 800 1020 and we'll try our very best to help. Same day courier delivery can be available on certain products in the London area.
2. When will you deal with my order? We will process your order the day we receive it.
3. How long will my delivery take?
STOCK ITEMS For all standard deliveries with products in stock, we will aim to send your order out the next working day after it has been processed for orders received before 2pm. We manage to achieve this 95% of the time.
NON STOCK ITEMS For all items we don't hold in our main warehouse, we aim to deliver within 3-5 days. This will be stated on the product page. At the checkout it will say Next Day Delivery, which in this case means the next day after we get the item into our warehouse.
CUSTOM GOODS For custom printed goods dispatch is normally WITHIN 5 working days, but often quicker.
4. What time will I receive my order? Standard delivery is between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday
5. Do I need to sign for delivery? The courier will require a signature from a person at the delivery address, so please make sure somebody is around to collect the package. If possible please leave a contact number that the courier can use if there's no response.
6. What If I'm not home? If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery a card will be left giving details of how to re-arrange delivery or collection from the courier depot.
7. Are your couriers safe and secure? Yes! We work closely with our couriers to ensure you get the very best service.
8. Do I need to do anything if my delivery is large or heavy? Some heavy goods will require pallet delivery. We'll state if this is the case. Please ensure you have the means necessary to receive this from our courier. Don't hesitate to call us on 0844 800 1020 to discuss such deliveries.
9. Do you deliver to the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands? Yes we do, but the delivery rates differ from mainland UK due to extra charges from our courier. We try where we can to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. Again if you have any queries about our delivery area please call us on 0844 800 1020.
10. Can I Track My Order? If you wish to track your order online please call 0844 800 1020 for a tracking number then you can view the progress of the delivery and view "proof of delivery" details.
11. Do you ship internationally? We ship our products worldwide, the cost of delivery will be shown at the checkout.

Returning Goods
If you would like to return a product, please contact our team on 0844 800 1020 to discuss what is wrong with the item, and how we can help resolve any issues.
Confirmation of the “reason for return” should be sent via email to sales@discountdisplays-express.co.uk or in writing to Discount Displays Express 31-35 Wortley Road, Croydon, CR0 3EB within 5 working days of the receipt of goods by client or agent.
If the goods were refused due to damage in transit or signed for as “DAMAGED UNCHECKED”, the cost of return should be borne by the courier company. Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the client and the goods will be repaired or replaced (in extreme circumstances) should the “reason for return” be found valid. Discount Displays Express will not refund goods (for b2b transactions) that are: a) undamaged and in good working order b) repairable c) custom made, i.e. personalized d) in the possession of the client for more than 5 working days without informing Discount Displays Express. In all cases Discount Displays Express reserves the right to repair or replace goods over refunding monies.
Should the goods be rejected purely under the distance selling regulations (applies to consumer purchases only) then delivery costs and financial costs (e.g. credit card charges) incurred by Discount Displays Express will be borne by the consumer. Refunds in these cases will be refunded upon the receipt of written confirmation of cancellation from the consumer.

Once Discount Displays Express has given clearance, please ensure you re-package securely and dispatch to the above address. In some instances it may not be necessary to return the item after you have spoken to a member of staff so please always call us first.
